Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai, to dispose the suit in H.M.O.P.No.479 of 2023 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in in H.M.O.P.No.479 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the above said petition has been filed by the revision petitioner / husband for divorce. He would further submit that the petitioner is working at Bangalore and unable to appear for the trial for a long period and therefore, the HMOP petition may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is working at Bangalore, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the said HMOP Petition as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the said petition in H.M.O.P.No.479 of 2023 pending on his file within a 2/4

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. 19.12.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No pnn To
