O RDER This criminal original petition is filed to direct to the 1st respondent herein transfer the enquiry of the complaint made by the petitioner on 16.11.2023 not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both counsel are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant already FIR has been registered in Crime No.119 of 2023. Thereafter, the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed as 'Action dropped' on 16.04.2024. 3.In view of the above said submission, this petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed in this case and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report, if so aggrieved.
