The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.17609 of 2023. 1/4

2. This Court by an order dated 16.04.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.17609 of 2023, directed the District Level Empowered Committee to pass orders on the appeal filed by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the District Level Empowered Committee has convened a meeting and they have passed orders on 03.12.2024, partly approving the claim of the writ petitioner.

3. In such circumstances, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the District Level Empowered Committee, if he is so advised.
