This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2012, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
