PRAYER: Petition filed under Order 5 Rule 20 and Section 151 of C.P.C., praying to permit the petitioner to take substituted service to the respondents 4 and 5 in the above appeal by way of advertisement in any local Tamil daily news paper and pass appropriate order. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking direction to effect substitue service to the respondents 4 and 5 in advertisements in any newspaper at Chennai.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that though notice had been earlier directed by this Court, notice had been taken, the same had been returned without being served with the endorsement "left". It had been stated that twice such notice has been taken but the respondents have not responded to the notice.

3. Taking all these facts into consideration, this petition has been allowed directing publication in one issue of Tamil daily 'Malaimalar', Chennai Edition to be effected on or before 26.09.2025 for the hearing on 27.10.2025.

4. Call the matter again on 27.10.2025.
