PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent Nos.3 to 6.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent Nos.3 to 6.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that a complaint was given by the respondents 3 to 6 herein against the petitioner and others stating that by taking advantage of the similarity of names, they have created false documents by impersonation. It is further submitted that the co-accused moved Crl.O.P(MD) No.21750 of 2023 before this Court and by the order dated 04.12.2023, he was directed to appear before the second respondent Police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry or investigation as the case may be, since it is found to be a case of impersonation.

3. Similarly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent along with relevant documents and co-operate for the enquiry. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through 2/4

appropriate proceedings. There is no harassment at the hands of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
