COMMON PRAYER :

For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.103/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 342, 307 of IPC in Crime No.103 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners herein alleging that due to previous motive, the other petitioners attacked the defacto complainant's son with aruval and caused severe injuries to him. He was admitted in the hospital for treatment and discharged later. Hence the complaint.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22120 of 2023 would submit that they were invited for a compromise talk in the village. At that time occurrence happened.

4. Reading of the Accident Register shows that several cut injuries are found on the body of the injured. Considering the gravity of the injury suffered by the injured, these petitioners are not entitled for any relief from this Court. 2/3
