Suraksha Sanhita, BNSS, 2023 (439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) praying to cancel the bail granted to the respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.4391 of 2024 vide order dated 28.10.2024.

2. Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner-Police, on instructions, submits that the respondent was arrested on 26.09.2024 and enlarged on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.4391 of 2024 vide order dated 28.10.2024.

3. The learned Principal Sessions Judge imposed a condition on the respondent that he shall report and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.

4. During the pendency of this application, this Court vide order dated 22.01.2025 directed the respondent to appear before the petitioner every day at 10.30 a.m.

5. Mr.A.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner-Police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions till date.

6. Considering the compliance of the respondent, this Court feels that the bail granted to the respondent need not be cancelled.

7. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 2/3
