Learned Counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
2.In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit with an observation that all the rights and contentions of the HCP petitioner and / or anyone else concerned for the absentee are preserved for any connected / collateral proceedings. Likewise, it is made clear that the rights and contentions of the HCP petitioner and / or anyone else concerned for the absentee is also preserved for coming before this Court with same / similar prayer if there is any change of circumstances. There shall be no order as to costs.
