COMMON ORDER ( By Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The applicant wants us to review the order dated 29.08.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.12727 of 2024 and W.A.(MD)No.2147 of 2023. 3.The learned counsel's grievance is that the points canvassed by him have not been fully captured in our order.

4.To be fair to him, we place on record that all the contentions raised in his written notes were duly highlighted before us. However, for the reasons that are found from Paragraph No.11 onwards, we chose to dispose of the writ appeal in the manner we had done. We do not find any error in our order. The review applicants' remedy lies elsewhere.
