ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(b), 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.160 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier petition of this Court was dismissed by making the following observation:

'After filing the final report showing the petitioner as absconding accused, NBW was issued against the petitioner. Apart from that the petitioner is having two previous cases similar in nature. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court. He has to surrender before the concerned and seek regular bail.'

3. Eventhough, it is stated that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16038 of 2023, that cannot be extended to the petitioner. The petitioner is not entitled for any discretionary relief. The petitioner must comply the earlier order of this Court.
