ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A5 & A6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 324, 506(ii), 307 of IPC in Crime No.156 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons said to have assaulted the son and brother of the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and caused grievous injuries to them. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that even though, the injured persons were discharged from the hospital, considering the allegation attributed against the accused persons that they have assaulted the son and brother of the defacto complainant with an intention to murder them, he strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3
