ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2024 in the matter of reducing the Maximum Demand from 250 KVA to 63 KVA for the HT SC No. 059094760044.

2.By consent of both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. Perused the materials on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner can be considered, only if the petitioner has produced NOC from the other Director of the Spinning Mill. 2/5

5.Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not necessary to obtain NOC from the other Director of the Spinning Mill, since the petitioner is the only owner of 'B' Unit and 'A' Unit is owned by other Director, who is none other than the petitioner's brother. 6.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.10.2024 in the matter of reducing the Maximum Demand from 250 KVA to 63 KVA for the HT SC No. 059094760044, dispensing with NOC from the other Director and pass appropriate orders within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
