ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 2nd accused as Sabari @ Sabariharinathan instead of Sabari in connection with Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11394 of 2025 relax the condition imposed on the second petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11394 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the 2nd accused name was mentioned as Sabari, instead of Sabariharinathan in the order dated 08.07.2025, the surety had not been accepted by the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, he prays to amend the 2nd accused name as 'Sabariharinathan' instead of 'Sabari' and to extend the time granted to the second petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the 2nd petitioner is not able to comply with the condition due to his name not amended, the amendment petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the condition imposed by this Court is extended for four weeks for the second petitioner alone.

Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 08.07.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
