The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.255 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report will be filed in the near future.

3.Since the investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to challenge the final report as and when it is filed.
