This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to dispose of the case in C.C.No.186 of 2010 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submittedthat on 24.02.2015 itself, the case in C.C.No.186 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar was disposed of in which, the accused herein has been acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous.
3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
