2. The learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the petition mentioned representation was not received.

3. The petitioners are therefore directed to give a fresh representation before the third respondent. On receipt thereof, the third respondent will conduct enquiry and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. Interested parties shall be put on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
