This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.507/2023 to some other Investigating Officer and thereby, conduct fair investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dt.23.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that after investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same is not taken on file.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
