ORDER

The petitioner sought for transfer of investigation in Crime No. 248 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent and to complete the investigation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner pursuant to the status report would submit that the investigation may be conducted by the third respondent under the supervision of the second respondent.

3. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Court directs the third respondent to continue the investigation under the supervision of the second respondent.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
