wrong entries made in the revenue records namely 'A' Register, Chitta and FMB relating to the extent of land properties comprised in Survey Nos.326/1 and 2 as 9.94 Acres and 0.09 Cents instead of 0.3.50 Ares and 4.2.00 Hectares situated at Melaveliyur, Keezhaveliyur Post, Kalladai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner's representations dated 16.03.2021 and 28.06.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.From the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by an entry that was made during UDR. If the petitioner wants any correction in UDR, he has to necessarily move the fourth respondent. The petitioner is given liberty to file a petition before the fourth respondent. On such application being filed, it shall be disposed on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the interested parties within a period of three months 2/4

thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
