This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of a case in Crime No.1122 of 2013 from the file of he 2nd respondent to the file of the 9th respondent and consequently direct the 9th respondent to conduct proper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in an expeditious manner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after completing the investigation in this case, charge sheet has been filed and taken on file as P.R.C.No.6 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.IV, Madurai. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
