ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner challenges the award passed by the Chit Registrar on various grounds. The said award is appealable before the Government amd the petitioner is also having time. The petitioner states that he will file an appeal before the Government within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such an appeal is being filed, it shall be numbered immediately. The interim application shall also be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The appellate authority is reminded that he can also give an exparte interim order in favour of the writ petitioner. Before the interim application is taken up, the petitioner shall be heard either in person or through his counsel.
