Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRITHIVIRAJ.P.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that they are ready to comply the condition imposed by this Court to pay the installment on or before 30.11.2023 along with another installment on or before 30.01.2024 totally Rs.10,00,000/- and seeking extension of time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in cancellation of anticipatory bail conceded the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in extension petition.

3. In view of the same the petitioners are permitted to pay both the installment amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the defacto complainant on or before 30.01.2024.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
