The above petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the second respondent / defacto complainant as second respondent in Crl.A.(MD)No.985 of 2025 and Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12884 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the papers and after making amendment, notice is ordered to the newly impleaded second respondent returnable by 26.09.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

4. Post the matter on 26.09.2025.
