ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a TASMAC Supervisor, challenging the order of suspension dated 27.07.2018 on the ground that the second respondent has no jurisdiction to pass such an order.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents brings to the notice of this Court that, the petitioner was suspended on 27.07.2018. He was issued a Charge Memo, on 28.01.2019. The Enquiry Officer completed the enquiry and the report has been submitted to the second respondent on 06.04.2020. The second respondent is yet to pass final orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to pass final orders on the enquiry report dated 06.04.2020, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
