ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.968 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
