ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil transaction between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent with regard to the sale of immovable property.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 20.09.2025.
