ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent for disposal of the Appeal.

2. The petitioner herein had suffered an order at the hands of the third respondent, on 15.04.2021, wherein, his request for inclusion of his name in the panel for P.G Assistant was rejected. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 20.03.2023 and the same is pending.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
