ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Virudhunagar to issue copy applications as prayed for in C.A.No.319 of 2013 in respect of C.C.No.48 of 2012 to the petitioner within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner made a copy application seeking issuance of the orders passed in the following cases:- "1.Cr.M.P.No.1781/2012 in C.C.No.48/2012 order copy (order dated 03.08.2012) 2.Cr.M.P.No.48/2012 order copy (order dated 03.08.2012) 3.Cr.M.P.No.1781/2012 - Petition copy for Section 256 Cr.P.C.

4.C.A.No.211/2012 - Petition copy (dated 21.12.2012) 5.C.A.No.132/12 - Petition copy (dated 08.08.2012)"

4. The fact that the cases referred above were disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar is not in dispute. There is no prohibition in law for the petitioner in getting the copies. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar to issue copy application to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
