O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No. 3 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2023 and consequently to give the adequate police protection to close his well situated in Survey No. 354/13 situated at M.Pudupatti West Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint / representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.1029 of 2023. Both side appeared for the enquiry and the petitioner gave a statement on 03.12.2023, that steps will be taken to measure the property and after measuring the same, depending upon the result, they will work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to take steps to measure the property.

4. In view of the submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
