ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondent police to not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of an enquiry.
2.The third respondent in her complaint stated that because of non procreation of child, she was harassed by the petitioners and the first petitioner performed second marriage on the next day of Diwali festival. The petitioners are holding her jewels.
3.Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of giving continuous treatment to the third respondent, she could not conceive. Taking advantage of the fact, the third respondent and her family members used to assault the petitioners. The first petitioner did not perform second marriage. The anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners also dismissed by the Sessions Court. Hence, this petition has been filed.

4.It seems that there is a matrimonial dispute between the first petitioner and the third respondent herein. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioners are aggrieved with the result of the enquiry, they can work out their remedies in the manner known to law. 5.With the above direction, this petition stands allowed. 06.12.2023 NCC:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No PNM To
