This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct to call for the records pertaining to the summon in M.C. No.A1/186/2013 dated 14.11.2013 issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kovilpatti and quash the same as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
