O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.14 of 2023 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered an FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 and that the investigation is almost completed. Hence, he seeks six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.14 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of six months 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
