ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and on perusal of the letter submitted by the III Additional Sessions Judge (PCR) Madurai Vide letter D.NO.651, dated 15/07/2021requesting for extension of time to dispose of the case this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2020.

2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22523 of 2013 by order dated 24.04.2018 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2020 on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge [PCR], Madurai within a stipulated time. Now the learned Additional Sessions Judge requests further time of six months to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing of Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2016 and the learned III Additional Sessions Judge [PCR], Madurai is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
