ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioners representation, dated 18.10.2023 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, though the petitioner appeared, counter party not appeared for enquiry. Now enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner was abused by the counter party by calling his caste name and also assaulted, a direction is given to the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a week, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this petition stands disposed of. No costs.
