The petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in Crime No.647 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police. He filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said Crime No.647 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that as of now, after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.303 of 2013.
