ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Data Entry Operator working in the 4th respondent office seeking a Mandamus to consider his representation for regularizing the services.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, he was originally appointed in the year 2007 and he is working for more than 16 years and his services have not yet been regularized. The proposal to regularize his services were forwarded by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent on 15.07.2022. As on today, proposals are pending before the 3rd respondent herein. 2/5
3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has to forward the same to the respondents 1 and 2 for taking a final decision. However, the same has not been forwarded. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. Considering the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to forward the papers to the 2nd respondent after considering the letter of the 4th respondent, dated 15.07.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
