This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection in the premises of the Holy Family Church, Carmel Nagar at Ramanputhoor, at the required time at the cost and expenses of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.It is represented by Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2013, that the dispute between the parties have been settled out of Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the above said counsels, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
