This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8414 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8414 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023 has been complied with and a negative final report has also been filed in CNR No.TNVR020019592024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, by closing the case as "Mistake of Fact".
