This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.178 of 2018 on the file of the first Respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case the respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court on 05.12.2023 through e-filing. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
