ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a suspended B.T Assistant Teacher seeking Mandamus for disbursement of subsistence allowance.

2. The petitioner herein has been suspended on 26.06.2023 on the ground that she was under custody for more than 48 hours. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authorities for payment of subsistence allowance.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not made an application to the Head Master of the concerned School seeking subsistence allowance. In case any such application is filed, the same will be considered as per law. 2/5

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner herein is directed to approach the fifth respondent with appropriate application and in case any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
