Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modified the c condition as appearance before the Manali M6 Police Station, Chennai District at daily at 10.00 am until further order instead of appearance before Respondent Police i.e. Thisayanvilai Police station,Tirunelveli district at 10.00 am until further order imposed upon the Petitioners by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Cr.MP.No.15592/2023 dated 17.11.2023.
