ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No. 1/4

247 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the co-accused received Rs.5,00,000/- each from 7 persons on promise of getting a job abroad for them. The petitioner and the co-accused gave Rs.1,50,000/- instead of giving Rs.43,00,000/-. Hence, the apprehension of arrest. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu. The petitioner shall submit a bail application before the learned Judicial Magistrate. On such submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall consider the bail application in accordance to law on merits on the same date. 2/4

6.With the above said directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
