ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the respondents have not made available the document sought for by him as directed by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2022 in W.P(MD)No.18698 of 2022. The learned Government Advocate draws my attention to the contents of the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023 in which the petitioner appears to have conceded that the documents were already made available, and he wants one more set.

3.I endorse the stand of the learned Government Advocate that if the direction given by this Court was not complied with, the only remedy workout by the petitioner is to file a contempt petition. Filing a fresh writ petition is not an appropriate remedy.

4.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
