(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This application has been filed seeking permission to issue notice through substituted service to respondents 12, 14, 17, and 18 in C.M.P. (MD)No.11365 of 2022 in A.S.(MD) No.36 of 2006.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it has been contended that, although notice was previously directed and the 16th respondent is the father of respondents 17 and 18, there has been a deliberate evasion of receipt of the notice sent through the Court. It has also been stated that the respondents have not come forward to furnish their correct addresses.

3. With respect to respondents 12 and 14, although notice was sent to the address mentioned in the registered sale deed, they have also evaded service of notice.

4. The notices issued to respondents 12, 17, and 18 were returned with the endorsement "no such addressee."

5. In view of these circumstances, it is prayed that notice to the said respondents be served through substituted service.

6. Taking all factors into consideration, the petition stands allowed. Paper publication is directed in any one issue of Malaimalar in issues in both Madurai and Tirunelveli Districts, with respect to respondents 12, 14, 17, and 18 in C.M.P.(MD)No.11365 of 2022 in A.S.(MD) No.36 of 2006.

7. Publication to be effected on or before 03.10.2025 for the hearing on 03.11.2025.
