At today's hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents, submits that the petitioner's request has been rejected in view of pending proceedings before the District Revenue Officer with regard to the entitlement of the pattadars, Anbarasan and Rangasamy.
