The matter is listed today under the caption ''for being mentioned.'' 2.It is mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P(MD)No. 9346 of 2021 and Cont.P(MD) No.407 of 2024 that in the order dated 02.12.2025, the counsels appearing in the respective writ petitions and contempt petition have not been properly incorporated. From the vakalat filed, it is found that for the writ petitions in W.P(MD) No.26919 of 2025 and 25489 of 2022, preferred by S.Subramanian, Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, Senior Counsel, appeared on behalf of the M/s.Roy and Roy Associates. In W.P(MD)No.9346 of 2021 and Cont.P(MD) No.407 of 2024, preferred by I.Palanimurugan, Mr.S.Sankar has appeared.
