ORDER
When the matter came up on 11.09.2025, the following order was passed: ''The learned counsel on record for the appellant submitted that the term of office of the learned counsel has been completed and extension has not yet been granted. It is seen that as on date, there is no standing counsel for the appellant. 2. Now the present petition has been filed by the appellant / Commissioner of Customs to dispense with their appearance stating that Mr.R.Gowrishankar, Senior Standing Counsel has filed memo of appearance in this case and he is ready to conduct the case before this Court.
3. In view of the same, this petition is allowed and the appearance of the appellant is dispensed with.
4. List the appeal on 16.10.2025.
