ORDER

This Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the bail dismissal order in Crl.M.P No.3532 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 on the file of the learned Special Judge for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, Madurai District.

2. The Registry has refused to accept the same as the Digital signature is not affixed in the web copy of the order at the time of uploading the order. On enquiry, the Judicial Officer submitted that the license to digital signature had expired and the renewal is under process. Therefore, this Court is inclined to accept the explanation, and the production of the original copy is dispensed with.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Petition and post the matter on 26.09.2025. 23-09-2025 KSA 2/4
