ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i)of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had received more than 5 corers from the defacto complainant for running company and assured to give more profit to him. Thereafter, they have not given any profit and also refused to return the amount. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner and other accused received money from various persons and failed to repay the same. He further submitted that the entire amount transferred to the petitioner's account and also submitted that the 2/3
investigation in this case is not yet completed. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the records. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
